摘要
观察双黄益骨方对糖尿病大鼠骨质改变的阻断作用。将50只SD大鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、模型+中药组,以STZ造模,模型加中药组灌服双黄益骨方,正常及模型组灌服蒸馏水,每日1次,连续7周。结果:中药组能降低血Ca、Mg、P、AKP及尿Ca、P含量(p<0.05),提高肩、股关节骨密度(p<0.05)及骨矿量(p<0.05)。说明双黄益骨方对阻断糖尿病大鼠骨质疏松症的形成有一定积极作用。
Aims: To observe the changes of substance of bone of diabetes medllitus rats blocked by Shunaghuang Yigu Fang (SHYGF). Methods: 50 SD rats were randomly divided into normal control group, model control group and treatment group, using streptozotocin for replicating the model. The treatment group was perfusion stomach with SHYGF, and the normal control and model control group were perfusion diluted water, one time per day and lasting for seven weeks. Results: The treatment group can markedly decrease the content of blood Ca, Mg, P, AKP and urine Ca and P(P<0.05), significantly increase bone density and bone mineral content in shoulder and thigh joints (P< 0.05) .
