杂交手术治疗冠状动脉多支病变 被引量:11

摘要 随着微创理念的日益更新和技术的不断改进,杂交手术在冠状动脉多支病变的治疗中越来越受到医患双方的重视和青睐。杂交手术结合了内、外科心肌血运重建的优势,不但可以减轻患者的痛苦,而且可为患者提供更好的疗效。但是杂交手术尚存在许多问题亟待解决;需要开展大组多中心的临床随机对照试验、完善抗凝方案、并加强远期临床随访,以综合评估杂交手术的安全性和有效性。总之,杂交手术是微创心脏外科重要的未来发展方向之一。
