摘要
目的：探讨Ⅱ型糖尿病人游离胰岛素改变及与胰岛素、Ｃ肽关系。方法：样品预处理后用放免法测定３４例Ⅱ型糖尿病游离胰岛素，同时测胰岛素抗体，与胰岛素、Ｃ肽作比较。结果：该组糖尿病人游离胰岛素各时相水平明显低于胰岛素（Ｐ＜０．０５），去除胰岛素抗体阳性者后，二者再比较，游离胰岛素仍低于胰岛素（Ｐ＜０．０５），游离胰岛素与胰岛素比较，峰值一致，游离胰岛素２ｈ与Ｃ肽相应时相近相关（ｒ＝０．３３，Ｐ＝０．０６）。结论：Ⅱ型糖尿病人正常胰岛素水平或高胰岛素血症者。
Objective:To study the changing of free insulin in non insulin dependent diabetes mellitus(NIDDM) and its relationship with insulin and C peptide Methods:Free insulin, anti insulin antibody ,insulin and C peptide in 34 NIDDM patients were measured by radio immunoassay,at last free insulin was compared with insulin and C peptide Results:The free insulin levels at each phases were lower than insulin (P<0 05),even after getting rid of those anti insulin antibody were positive,it's the same(P<0 05) The peak of free insulin was conelated with insulin The free insulin of at 2 hour were correlated with C peptide at the same phase Conclusion:The plasma active insulin levels don't increase in those normal insulinemia and hyperinsulinemin with NIDDM
