摘要
目的探讨活血滋肾法对血栓前状态所致复发性流产的临床疗效及作用机制。方法将80例存在血栓前状态有早期复发性自然流产史的患者随机分为两组,治疗组40例口服活血滋肾中药,对照组40例给予法安明联合阿司匹林治疗;观察两组治疗前后凝血-纤溶指标及胚胎宫内发育情况。结果治疗组有效率高于对照组;治疗组治疗后血浆D-二聚体、纤维蛋白原、纤溶酶原激活物抑制物-1水平,血清β-人绒毛膜促性腺激素和孕酮的改善优于对照组。结论活血滋肾法是治疗血栓前状态所致复发性流产的有效方法,其在降低高凝血状态、改善胎盘功能方面疗效确切。
Objective： To investigate the clinical effect and the mechanism of Huoxuezishen Method on recurrent abortion by pre-thrombosis state. Methods： 80 patients with history of recurrent abortion caused by pre-thrombosis state were divided randomly into two groups. The treatment group were used Chinese medicine of Huoxuezishen Method, and the control group were taken fragmin plus aspirin. The index of coagulation fibrinolysis and the information of embryonic development in uterus were detected before treating and after treating. Results： The effective rate of treatment group was better than that of control group. Improvements of the level of plasma D-dimer, fibrinogen, plasminogen activator inhibitor-l, serum β-HCG and progesterone in treatment group were better than those of the control group. Conclusion： The Huoxuezishen Method is an effective way in treating recurrent abortion caused by pre-thrombosis state. It has obvious curative effects in descending high coagulation state and improving placental function.
