摘要
收集隆乳术硅胶囊乳房假体破裂6例受床界面标本进行了组织学观察。结果表明,硅胶囊乳房假体破裂后漏出的硅胶液对纤维包膜(受床界面)或周围组织除产生炎性反应外,未发现组织的致癌改变。
Six samples of the borders to the mammary implant recipitent sites,where the silicone liquid was leaked out,have been observed by histology since 1990.Our results suggest that the silicone liquid develop only inflamation around the borders,and the carcinogenesis was not found.
