摘要
5年来采用体外冲击波碎石与开放手术,联合治疗5例巨大鹿角形结石并肾盂输尿管交界处狭窄,取得较好效果。认为,此法是一种损伤小,并发症少的治疗方法。
Five patients with stag horn calculi of kidney and concurrent stricture at the ureteropevic junction were treated by the measure of combined ESWL and operation during a five years period.The effects of the treatments were satisactory.We feel that there are less damage and fewer complications by means of this kind of method for this sort of disease.
