基于FPGA的PMT弱信号检测控制系统设计

摘要 针对PCR弱信号的PMT检测,设计并实现了PCR微流控电泳芯片控制系统.该系统采用具有大量控制端口的FPGA作为系统的控制芯片,选取串行控制的A/D与D/A芯片以节约控制端口数量.采用USB2.0高速传输接口与上位机通信,满足了实施控制与数据上传的要求.采用VerilogHDL语言对芯片编程后,可同时对30个PCR芯片实施控制.配合基于Windows XP的驱动程序与控制软件,该系统可以并行控制多个芯片,提高PCR的检测效率,可应用于需要大批量芯片检测的场合. According to the weak signal examination for PCR by PMT, a control system for electrophoresis on microfluidic chip was designed and realized. FPGA with plenty of control ports was chosen to be system MCU and the serial Controlled A/D and D/A chips were chosen to reduce the amount of control ports. Communication between PC and USB2.0 high-speed transfer interface chip were applied to meet the needs of control and uploading programmed in VerilogHDL, and piled. can be data 30 PCR chips can be controlled synchronously when the MCU was in addition, Windows XP based driver and control software were comConclusively, the system parallelly control multiple chips to improve the detecting efficiency and used when examination for large quantity of chips was needed.
