摘要
通过组化定量分析的方法,观察不同月龄胎儿表皮中多糖及核酸的动态变化。探讨胎儿皮肤之表皮发育过程的一般规律。结果表明,表皮中核酸之平均光密度值随月龄的增加而增高,考虑与胎儿器官组织的生长分化日趋旺盛有关。多糖的平均光密度值在表皮之表层及中间层均随月龄的增高而减小,考虑与胚胎早期心血管功能尚不完善有关。而基底层平均光密度值在各月龄均较低,与基底层细胞邻近真皮结缔组织血管,营养容易获取有关。
The histochemical changes in the fetal epidemis from the 4th to 7th month were observed and the following findings were revealed: (1) The OPTDM of nucleic acid in the epidermis increased as the fetus developed. (2)The change regulation of the OPTDM of polysaccharides was as follows: The OPTDM of polysaccharides in the basic layer stayed at low level from the 4th to 7th month, but that in the medium and the surface layer decreased as the fetus developed from the 4th to 7th month. The possible reasons for the those findings were discussed in this article.
