摘要
安全问题是汽车产业一直致力于解决却又难以完全解决的问题。为最大限度地挽救生命，在过去的30多年内，各种汽车安全设施被普及或被强制安装，如20世纪70年代安全带开始推广使用，80年代ABS被普遍推广，90年代安全气囊开始被要求安装。不同时期的不同要求，既体现了汽车产品技术的发展，也代表了人们安全理念的提升。
It is no doubt that flat-tyre causes heavy traffic accident, particular when the vehicles are operating in high speed. Documents and materials showed that 40% of traffic accidents on the road are because of tyre related problems, while over 70% of them are caused by flat-tyre. This article introduced the TYRON——a device to prevent vehicles from overturning when flat-tyre happen, which is a new concept originally coming from United Kingdon.
