摘要
目的探讨皮肤科门诊不合理用药情况及其解决措施。方法随机抽取我院皮肤科2007年10月至2008年7月门诊处方21005张,对其中不合理用药处方进行统计分析。结果不合理用药处方1046张,占抽查处方总数的4.98%;不合理用药主要体现在配伍或联用不合理、选药不合理、用法用量不合理等方面。结论提高医药人员业务素质及对处方质量的重要性认识,加强处方质量检查以及制定《处方集》等是保证处方质量及合理用药水平提高的有效措施。
Objective To investigate the situation of the non-rational use of drugs in the outpatient of department of Dermatology.Methods A total of 21005 outpatient prescriptions were randomly selected from our hospital from 2007.102008.7,of which,the irrational prescriptions were analyzed statistically.Results 4.98% of the sampled prescriptions were unqualified prescriptions.The problems were manifested as irrational in drug combination,choice of drugs,usage and dosage.Conclusions We have taken some effective measures such as improving the cognition of the prescription quality,strengthening training of pharmacists,promoting the examination of prescription etc to tackle the problems of non-rational use of drugs,and the effect is significant.
