摘要
目的提高护理质量,保障手术安全。方法分析2002-2006年度我院手术室发生手术护理不良事件的原因。结果27台次手术发生护理不良事件41例次,其中工作责任心不强6台次,占22.22%;业务不熟悉4台次,占14.81%;器械准备不充分5台次,占18.52%;手消毒不合格1台次,占3.71%;对医生习惯不熟悉2台次,占7.41%;其它9台次,占33.33%。护龄≤2年7人发生护理不良事件21台次33例次;护龄2-4年2人发生护理不良事件5台次7例次;护龄〉4年2人发生护理不良事件1台1例次。结论加强对年轻护士理论知识和操作技能的培训,采取可行性措施,预防和控制护理不良事件的发生,是保证手术室护理安全的关键。
Objective The aim of the study is to improve the quality of nursing and to ensure the operating safety.Methods Twenty-seven cases of adverse event in operation nursing occurred in operating room between 20022006 were analyzed.Results Forty-one adverse events,caused by 11 nurses,occurred in 27 operations.6 events（22.22%） were caused by lack of responsibility;4 events（14.81%） caused by unskilled operation;5 events（18.52%） caused by insufficient preparation of the equipment;1 events（3.71%） caused by unqualified hand disinfection;2 events（7.41%） caused by not familiar with the doctor＇s habit;the other 9 events were 33.33%.Seven nurses,working less than 2 years,caused 33 events in 21 operations;2 nurses,working experience between 2～4 years,caused 7 events in 5 operations;2 nurses,working more than 4 years,caused 1 event in 1 operation.Conclusions to intensify theoretical knowledge and skills training for junior nurses;adopt feasible steps,prevent and control adverse events in operation nursing,are the key to ensure the nursing safety in operation room.
