摘要
目的探讨骨外尤文氏肉瘤的临床与影像特点。方法对9例骨外尤文氏肉瘤的临床资料和影像特点进行回顾性分析。结果9例均表现为较大的软组织肿块,2例见骨质吸收;影像检查主要表现为骨旁软组织内肿块,大部分边界清晰,肿瘤内可见片状低密度坏死,增强扫描肿瘤实质明显不均匀强化,大部分不侵犯骨质结构,少数可以吸收临近骨质结构。结论CT和MRI检查可以很好显示肿瘤的发生部位、病灶边缘、内部组织结构,但影像表现缺乏特征性,确诊依赖病理免疫组化检查。
Objective The aim of the study is to study the clinical and imaging features of Extraosseous Ewing＇s sarcoma.Methods 9 cases of EOE were studied in terms of clinical and imaging features.Results The ratio of male and female patients was 7：2.Their ages ranged from 8 to 58 years old,with the median age being 22 and 4 cases in thigh,3 in chest wall,2 in calf.All lesions were soft tissue masses,bone destruction was observed in 2 cases.The main imaging is soft tissue masses,the border of most cases were clear and necrosis was found in the tumors that showed heterogeneous enhancement after contrast.Bone absorption was observed only in 2 cases.Conclusions The pathologic and immunohistochemical determinations could provide diagnostic references for EOE.Although the manifestations of EOE on CT and MR images are not specific,these two Methods could show clear location of tumor genesis,the border and the internal structure of tumors and help to define their scope.
