摘要
目的观察益肾泄浊化瘀汤治疗慢性肾衰竭的临床疗效。方法将60例慢性肾衰竭患者按1∶1比例随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例。治疗组予益肾泄浊化瘀汤,对照组予包醛氧化淀粉,两组均治疗3个月;观察临床疗效及治疗前后临床症状、血尿素氮(BUN)、血肌酐(Scr)的变化情况。结果治疗组和对照组总有效率分别为73.3%、16.0%,组间疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后治疗组临床症状积分明显降低(P<0.05),对照组无明显变化(P>0.05),组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后治疗组Scr、BUN水平显著下降(P<0.05),对照组无明显变化(P>0.05),组间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论益肾泄浊化瘀汤有改善慢性肾衰竭临床症状和肾功能的作用。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of ＂Yishen Xiezhuo Huayu Decoction＂ in treating chronic renal failure（CRF）. Methods Sixty subjects were equally randomized into two groups： treatment group in which 30 cases were treated with ＂Yishen Xiezhuo Huayu Decoction＂ and control group in which 30 eases were treated with coated Cldehyde Oxystarch（ CAO）, with a course of three months. The clinical symptoms and the levels of blood urea nitrogen（BUN） and creatinine（Cr） were observed. Results The total effective rate was 73.3% in treatment group and 16.0% in control group（P 〈0.05）. After treatments, the score of clinical symptoms and the levels of blood urea nitrogen（BUN） and creatinine（Cr） were reduced in treatment group（ P 〈0.05 ）, with significant differences between the two groups（ P 〈0.05 ）. Conclusion ＂Yishen Xiezhuo Huayu Decoction＂ can improve clinical symptoms and renal functions in the treatment of CRF.
