摘要
目的观察中西医结合治疗早期乳腺癌保乳手术后的临床疗效。方法对58例早期乳腺癌患者行象限切除加腋窝淋巴结清扫,术后放疗结合中药乳复康口服治疗。疗程3个月。结果3年总生存率为100%,5年总生存率为90.5%,无1例局部复发。结论保乳手术后放疗结合中药乳复康治疗早期乳腺癌可获得良好的疗效,减轻放疗副反应,明显提高患者的生存质量,应成为治疗早期乳腺癌的重要方法之一。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of integrated Chinese and western medicine in treating early breast cancer. Methods Fifty-eight cases of early breast cancer undergoing quadrantectomy and axillary nodes dissection were treated with radiotherapy and ＂Rufukang Granule＂. Results The 3-year and 5-year overall survival rates were respectively 100% and 90.5%. There had no local recurrence. Conclusion Integrated Chinese and western medicine is effective in treating early breast cancer and enahnce the quality of life.
