摘要
目的观察中药熏蒸配合透明质酸钠关节腔内注射治疗膝骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法对340例患者给予膝关节腔内注射透明质酸钠和中药熏蒸治疗,共2个疗程。结果治愈222例,显效91例,好转16例,总有效率为96.76%。结论中药熏蒸联合应用透明质酸钠治疗膝骨性关节炎具有较好的临床疗效。
Objective To observe the curative effect of herbal suffocation and intraarticular injection of Sodium Hyaluronate in treating knee osteoarthritis. Methods 340 cases were treated with herbal suffocation and intraarticular injection of Sodium Hyaluronate, and the clinical efficacy was observed. Results 222 cases were cured, 91 cases evidently improved, and 16 cases improved; the total effective rate was 96.76%. Conclusion Combined use of herbal suffocation and intraarticular injection of Sodium Hyaluronate is quite effective in treating knee osteoaxthritis.
