摘要
介绍孙桂芝教授治疗原发性肝癌的临床经验。认为肝癌病位在脏,与肝、脾、肾有关,属本虚标实之证,湿聚、气滞、血瘀、痰凝、毒蕴为标,脾虚、肝郁、肾亏为本;治疗以疏肝健脾益肾扶正固本,辅以解毒化湿、行气开郁、祛瘀散结、化痰软坚、消积导滞以祛邪。
This paper introduces Professor Sun Guizhi＇ s clinical experience in the treatment of primary liver cancer. Professor Sun considers that primary liver cancer locates in the liver, and relates to spleen deficiency, hver depression and kidney insufficiency, as well as dampness accumulation, qi stagnation, blood stasis, phlegm coagulation and toxin; and its treatment focuses on soothing liver, nourishing spleen and tonifying kidney, as well as removing dampness, blood stasis, phlegm and toxin, etc.
