摘要
送达制度是民事诉讼制度中的一项重要制度,它对保证整个民事诉讼过程的顺畅运作具有重大意义。公告送达是民事诉讼送达制度中的一种重要方式,但其在立法和司法实践中仍存在一些不足。本文就如何完善公告送达制度提出了建议。
The process of civil service is the important constituent of the civil procedure system, which plays an important role on guarantee of running civil action system smoothly. Bulletin service is an important way of service system of the civil procedure. However, it still has the defects during legislation and judicial practice. In this paper, the suggestions are put forward to improve the civil procedure bulletin service.
