摘要
联合国教科文组织正式使用"技术与职业教育及培训"(TVET)概念十年来,以TVET概念为核心的大职业教育观念日渐被各国所接受。在"大职业教育"视域之下,高等职业教育发展呈现出两大必然趋势:一是国际化,二是终身化。
UNESCO has officially used the concept of technical and vocational education and training （TVET） for ten years. The macro vocational education with TVET as core are gradually filtering into people＇s minds. Under the view of Macro Vocational Education, the development of higher vocational education has shown the two inevitable trends, the internationalization and the lifelongization.
