摘要
目的观察A型肉毒毒素注射治疗面肌痉挛的疗效及副反应情况。方法采用A型肉毒毒素局部注射治疗面肌痉挛32例(122例次),使用Cohen和Albert量表进行评估。结果症状完全缓解占50%,明显缓解31.25%,部分缓解18.75%,所有病人均有疗效,疗效平均持续3-6个月,复发者重复注射仍有效,副作用轻微。结论局部注射A型肉毒毒素治疗面肌痉挛安全有效。
Aim To observe the therapeutic efficacy of botulin A on hemifacial spasm patients（HFS）.Methods 32 HFS patients were treated with local injection of botulin A and assessed with Cohen and Albert.Results 50%of the patients were completely relieved,31.25% obviously relieved,and 18.75% partially relieved.All of the patients have therapeutic efficacy.The average of therapeutic efficacy lasted 3 to 6 months.It was effective for the recurrent patients to repeat injections.Conclusion Local injections for HFS by botulin A is effective and safe.
