复尔凯鼻肠管肠内营养在食管贲门癌术后的早期应用 被引量:5

摘要 目的总结食管、贲门癌手术中留置复尔凯鼻肠营养管及术后早期肠内营养的治疗体会。方法对500例食管、贲门癌患者术中均放置复尔凯鼻肠营养管,术后给予早期的营养支持治疗。结果术中营养管的放置均顺利,术后早期给予肠内营养支持,改善了患者的营养状况,加快了肠功能的恢复,促进了患者康复,减轻了患者的经济负担。结论食管、贲门癌患者术中放置复尔凯鼻肠营养管,术后早期肠内营养是一种操作简单、安全可靠、经济有效的营养支持方法。 Aim To conclude the experience of indwelling intraoperatively the flocare naso-intestinal feeding tube and thus offer postoperatively the early enteral nutrition in the esophageal and cardiac cancer surgery.Method We placed intraoperatively the flocare naso-intestinal feeding tube in all the 500 cases of the esophageal and cardiac cancer and applied postoperatively the early treatment of nutritional support.Result All the intraoperative indwelling of feeding tubes was successful.The postoperative offering of the early enteral nutrition improved the nutritional status of patients, speeded up intestinal function, promoted the rehabilitation of patients and alleviated the fi- nancial burden on patients. Conclusion For patients with the esophageal and cardiac cancer, the intraoperative indwelling of feeding tubes and the postoperative offering of early enteral nutrition is an easy, cost-effective, safe and reliable nutritional support method.
