摘要
目的评价安徽省肥西县部分临床医师进行心肺复苏培训的实际效果。方法应用心肺复苏培训设备对每个人员进行模拟成人徒手心肺复苏操作,检测复苏时按压幅度、按压频率、按压间释放压力、胸廓起伏,同时记录开放气道、5组CPR按压及通气的时间,根据培训前检测中发现的不足采取针对性培训,再行培训效果检测。结果培训前心肺复苏操作总体合格率较低,尤其以开放气道生疏、按压过快为主,培训后明显提高了合格率。结论肥西县部分临床医师CPR操作水平不高,经培训后明显改善。
Aim To evaluate the effectiveness of cardiopulmonary resuscitation（CPR） operation training in the clinicians.Methods We investigated the equality of CPR performed on a manikin.Equipment was used to measure the chest compression frequency,depth,release pressure and visible chest rise during compression and breath.Personal practice of opening airway and 5 cycles of CPR operation were recorded.Special training according to the shortcoming was carried out,and the effectiveness of CPR training is tested again.Results Before the training, the standard level of these clinicians was low especially with inexperienced open airway and faster compression speed. After the training, the level was improved. Conclusion Standardized training is effective in improving the level of CPR operation performed by clinicians whose levels were low before the training.
