摘要
目的观察五官超短波加远红外线(TDP)治疗急性周围性面神经麻痹的疗效。方法将90例周围性面神经麻痹患者随机分为两组,50例采用五官超短波加TDP进行治疗(综合组),40例采用单纯五官超短波(对照组),对两组的临床治疗结果进行分析评定。结果两组间疗效(综合组总有效率100%,对照组总有效率85%)差异有显著性(z=4.944,P<0.05)。结论在五官超短波基础上加用TDP治疗急性周围性面神经麻痹疗效优于单纯五官超短波。
Aim To observe the effect of ultrashort wave combined with far infrared ray（TDP） on acut peripheral facial paralysis.Methods To divide 90 cases of acut peripheral facial paralysis into groups at random.Fifty cases with ultrashort wave combined with TDP（the syntheses group） and 40 cases with ultrashort wave（the control group）.And to make analysis and evaluation to the results of two groups.Results The difference in the comparison of treatment effect in two groups were remarkable（z=4.944,P〈 0.05）.（The total effectiveness of the syntheses group is 100%. The total effectiveness of the control group is 85%. ） Conclusion The effect of ultrashort wave combined with TDP on acut peripheral facial paralysis was superior to that of uhrashort wave alone.
