摘要
目前,有的高等院校的教师评价主要采取学生给教师打分的评教方式。须充分认识这类评教的局限性,防止有可能出现的负面效应。教师评价应把重点放在教师作为主体参与的、以工作为对象的研讨式评价上,它可以弥补现有的鉴定式评价和管理式评价的不足。
At present,some universities adopt the method of students rating of teachers in assessment of teachers.The limitation of this method should be fully understood so as to avoid possible negative effects.In assessment of teachers,priority should be given to discussion-based assessment taking teachers as major participants and teaching as subject.This can make up for the defects of the current evaluation-based and administration-based assessment.
