摘要
民间农业合作组织的发展是我国农村经济社会发展不可忽视的一股新力量。该文从我国民间农业合作组织产生的原因、现状、发挥的作用等方面对合作组织的发展情况作了较为全面的阐述。最后,结合一些案例,深入分析了民间农业合作组织目前面临的两个主要问题:政府的角色问题和组织的内部管理问题,以期更清楚地认识它们。
The development of civil agricultural cooperation organizations is a new force that can not be neglected in the process of rural economic and social development in China. This article made a more comprehensive exposition to the development of Chinese civil agricultural cooperation organizations, including their cause, the present situation, and the role. Finally, in order to understand them more clearly, with a number of cases, the two major problems which the civil agricultural cooperation organizations are currently facing were analyzed： the role of the government and the internal management of civil organizations.
