摘要 由例题计算及理论分析能够看出,当高炉冶炼入炉氢量较多时,需对建立在纯焦炭冶炼基础上的Rist操作线拓展,但现有文献推出的Fe-O-C-H 4元素的操作线图的拓展不是成功的,其固有的缺陷妨碍了它的应用.依据高炉里氢还原的特点,提出了操作线拓展的原则、计算方法,保持R ist操作线图形态,修正操作线AE中A点的坐标值(或XA,或YA),而其它计算基本不变.计算表明,对操作线的拓展,原理正确,方法简捷,能与生产实际很好吻合,是对高炉操作线理论的完善与发展. Rist operation line established on the basis of the pure coke smelt condition in blast furnace should be expanded when there is more hydrogen in the furnace according to the example calculation and theoretical analysis.However,the graph of Fe-O-C-H operating line expanded by the existing literature is unsuccessful because it is contrary to the common sense and laws of iron making.Based on the characteristics of hydrogen reduction in blast furnace,the principle and calculation method of operation line expansion were put forward to maintain the initial form of the operation line and to amend the value of point A(or XA,or YA)on AE operating line.Theoretical analysis and calulations show that the principle of the expansion is correct and the method is simple,which tallys well with the actual production and improves the operation line of blast furnace.
