摘要
威尔逊主义传统是美国外交政策的重要传统,对战后以来美国国家安全战略的目标和议程产生了重要影响。冷战后世界与威尔逊的时代有着相似性,他个人外交实践的失败为当今的美国国家安全战略缔造者留下深刻的教训,威尔逊的幽灵仍笼罩着冷战后世界。文章首先简要地分析了美国国家安全战略中威尔逊主义传统的特点,然后探讨了其道德律令和多边律令对冷战后世界的意义。
As an important tradition in U.S. foreign policies, Wilson doctrine has had great impact on the goals and agendas of post--war U. S. national security strategy. Owing to the fact that the world after the cold war bears a lot of similarities with the time of Wilson, and that Wilson＇s diplomatic failures have left deep lessons to the founders of America＇s present national security strategy, the world after the cold war is still haunted by Wilson＇s phantom. The paper provides an analysis of the Wilson doctrine tradition characteristics in the U. S. national security strategy, and discusses about the significance of their moral precepts and multilateral precepts to the post-cold-war world.
