摘要
FANUC数控系统内置的可编程机床控制器(PMC)除用于机床动作逻辑顺序控制外,还具有很多功能指令,其中窗口功能可以实现PMC读取和重写数控系统的数据。应用PMC窗口功能,通过读取主轴指令转速和实际转速并比较,实现对主轴转速的监控。实践表明,该措施提高了机床运行的安全性和可靠性。
The PMC (Programming Machine Control) embedded in FANUC control system have many function instruction as well as controlling of logical order of motion of machine. One of its function instructions is window function, which can realize the access of PMC data and rewriting of NC data. By the application of PMC window function and comparison of revolve speed of spindle in instruction with the real speed, so to realize the monitor and control of revolve speed of spindle. The application shows that the method is helpful to improve the safety and reliability of machine motion. The PMC ladder are given in the paper based on the interpretation of the principle of revolve speed control using windows function.
