摘要
随着高等教育规模的迅速扩张以及学校发展外部环境的日渐复杂,传统的经验型高校管理模式已经难以适应高校的发展,实行战略与规划管理成为了高校管理中的一个热点问题。但是目前高校实行战略与规划管理往往停留在口头上、形式上,没有落实到行动上。文章从高校战略与规划管理的一般涵义出发,探讨高校实行战略与规划管理的必要性与可行性,提出高校实施战略与规划管理建议,希望引起高校对战略与规划管理的重视。
With the rapid expansion of the higher education and increasingly complicated school external environment, traditional experience-oriented management model has difficulty in adapting the development of the colleges and universities. Therefore, implementing strategy and planning management in colleges and universities has become a hot issue. However, implementing strategy and planning management is not as much in practice. This paper, based on the general connotation of strategy and planning management, discusses the necessity and feasibility of implementing strategy and planning and makes some suggestions with the hope of attracting more attention.
