摘要
经过连续五年在内蒙古河套灌区设立试验区，明确了灌区中低产田主要障碍因子，进行了分类，并提出了针对性改良利用措施，而且各有侧重的进行了综合配套，已在生产实践中起到了显著增产作用。
This is a summary of five-year field experiment,the authors find out main restrictive factors and create a complete sets of measures to raise grain prduction.
