摘要
概述了乌鲁木齐市的自然、社会、经济条件，定量地分析了其大气环境质量及主要问题，提出了大气环境目标及其实现的相应对策。
In this paper,we discussed natural social economic condition in Urumqi city,quantitatively analysed its atmospheric quality and pollution which influeced evnirenmental quality ,evaluated present situation of the city's sustainable development,proposed atmospheric environmental objectives and countermeasures according to the demand of environmental and economic planning of the city,which can provide some scientific bases for planning urban development.
