Cortisomol糊剂与氧化锌丁香油糊剂的临床疗效比较 被引量:3

摘要 目的比较Cortisomol糊剂和氧化锌丁香油糊剂进行根管充填术后的临床疗效。方法将158例需要做根管治疗的牙髓炎、根尖周炎患者随机分实验组和对照组。实验组采用Cortiso-mol糊剂,对照组采用氧化锌丁香油糊剂,进行根管充填。结果实验组术后疼痛率为2.68%(3/112),对照组为11.88%(12/101),两组比较有统计学意义(P<0.01);术后1年,实验组成功率为96.4%,对照组成功率为88.1%,两组比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论Cortisomol糊剂与氧化锌丁香油糊剂相比较,临床疗效显著,安全可靠。 Objective To compare the clinical effects of crotisomol paste and zinc oxide-engenol paste after being applied with root canal treatment. Methods 158 patients with pulpits or periapieal periodontitis, 18-65 years old, were treated with root canal treatment. They were divided into two groups randomly. Root canals of the two different groups were filled with crotisomol paste and zinc oxide-engenol paste respectively. Results The clinical effects were observed for one year. The successful rate of the group with cortisomol paste and the group with zinc oxide-engenol paste were 96.4 % and 88.1% respectively. The difference was significant between the two groups ( P 〈0.05). Conclusion The curative effect of crotisomol paste is significantly better than zinc oxide-engenol paste. Crotisomol paste is safe and reliable.
