三峡库区珍稀特产植物荷叶铁线蕨的孢子繁殖 被引量:21

摘要 荷叶铁线蕨孢子随采随播或贮存后次年播种均有良好的萌发力。不同播种期播种后感受不同光温,其发育速度不等。三月中旬播种,前期在室内用日光灯辅助光照,五月下旬出室在廊檐下感受自然光温的处理发育较快,从播种到出现第一株孢子体幼苗仅需110天。原叶体的分栽有利于提高孢子体幼苗的产苗量并促使其健壮生长。首次采用孢子繁殖的幼苗成功地进行了露地畦栽,繁殖后代产生的孢子具正常生育能力。 Either gathering the spores of Adiantum reniforme var. sinense and sowing them right away,or storing them till sowing in the next year,the germination capacity of the spores remains normal.The difference in sowing date,light and temperature brings about different speeds of growth.Under the conditions of sowing in the middle decade of March,using fluorescent lamps for light in laboratory at early stage,then moving to the eaves of veranda for natural light and temperature in the last decade of May,it takes only 110 days from the sowing of spores to the appearance of the first seedlings of sporophore.The divided transplantation of prothallus is advantageous to the increased amount of the seedling of sporophore,and makes them grow vigorously.The seedlings which we propagated were first planted successfully in the open field.The spores produced by the offspring had normal germination capacity.
