摘要
目的:探讨加味聚精食疗汤对少精、弱精症大鼠曲细精管结构改善的作用机理。方法:用雷公藤多甙造模少精、弱精症大鼠模型,并进行分组对照研究,了解治疗前后大鼠睾丸曲细精管组织结构的变化情况;结果:加味聚精食疗汤和五子衍宗片对少精、弱精症大鼠曲细精管均有良好的改善作用,但加味聚精食疗汤较五子衍宗片更明显,更能改善少弱精子症大鼠曲细精管组织结构的受损状态。结论:加味聚精食疗汤能够更好的改善少精、弱精症大鼠睾丸曲细精管,提高临床疗效。
Objective：To Study of the Effect of the Jiaweijujingshiliaotang on contorted seminiferous tubules in Rats with oligospermatism. Method： Use GTW to make rats oligospermatism models, observe the change of the contorted seminiferous tubules after the healing .Result： Both Jiaweijujingshiliaotang and wuziyanzongpian have correct curative effects on oligospermatia rat models which were made by GTW. but the forward one has better effect. Conclusions：the Jiaweijujingshiliaotang has good effect on improving the quality in Rats with oligospermatism.
