Investigation on thrust chamber of the hydrogen peroxide bipropellant engine

摘要 在过氧化氢发动机预先研究项目中,开展了过氧化氢/烃燃料(煤油)推进剂的自燃点火研究,包括自燃燃料开发、推力室设计及冷、热试考核。设计了25N、30N、50N和50kN推力量级的推力室。经热试车考核,点火平稳可靠,燃烧稳定,室压粗糙度小于±5%,燃烧效率高于92%,设计方案合理。 In the research project of hydrogen peroxide engine, the self-ignition researches of hydrogen peroxide and hydrocarbon fuel (kerosene) were performed, including study of hypogolic fuel, design of thrust chamber and hot tests. 25N, 30N, 50N and 50kN thrusters were designed. Successful results of hot-firing tests indicate that self-ignitions are reliable and smooth. The engine has good combustion characteristics and the roughness of chamber pressure is below ±5%, the combustion efficiency is more than 92%. The design of hydrogen peroxide hypergolic engine was ratio- nal.
