摘要
目的观察针刺、牵引并电脑中频治疗仪治疗颈椎病的治疗效果。方法将93例颈椎病患者随机分成三组:综合组36例,在针刺、颈椎牵引的同时给予电脑中频治疗;对照组分针刺组和牵引组,针刺组30例只给予针刺,牵引组27例只给予牵引,并观察三组治疗前后临床症状的变化。结果治疗后三组患者治疗后症状、体征均有减轻或消失,三组疗效比较有显著差异(P<0.05),综合组治疗效果优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论针刺、牵引并电脑中频治疗仪治疗颈椎病疗效优于单纯针灸与单纯牵引。
Objective To observe the curative effect of acupuncture combined with traction plus computer intermediate frequency in treating patients with cervical spondylosis. Methods 93 cases with cervical spondylosis were randomly divided into 3 groups ： combined group,acupuncture group and traction group ; patients in combined group received the treatment of acupuncture combined with traction plus computer intermediate frequency, those in acupuncture group received the treatment of acupuncture only while those in traction group were treated with traction only; the clinical symptom changes of the patients in the 3 groups before and after treatment were observed. Result After treatment,the symptoms and physical signs in all the patients relieved or disappeared ; there existed an obvious difference of curative effect among the 3 groups （P 〈 0. 05 ） , the curative effect of the combined group was much better than those in the other 2 groups （P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusions The treatment of acupuncture combined with traction plus computer intermediate frequency is superior in curative effect to that of acupuncture only or traction only.
