摘要
目的探讨彩色B超对产前胎儿脐带绕颈的诊断价值及临床意义。方法对孕28至36周(平均孕周32周)孕妇1248例进行彩色B超检查,着重观察胎儿颈部有无脐带绕颈的情况。结果1248例胎儿产前B超检查发现脐带绕颈339例,产后临床判定有320例脐带绕颈,脐带绕颈发生率为27%,彩色B超诊断准确率为94%。结论彩超可准确诊断胎儿脐带绕颈,同时为临床医师观察产程、选择分娩方式提供可靠的依据。
Objective To discuss the diagnostic value of color B - mode ultrasound （B - US） for umbilical cord around neck （ UCAN ） and its clinical significance. Methods 1248 pregnant females with pregnancy for 28 weeks to 36 weeks （the mean gestational age was 32 weeks ） received color B - US examination, special attention was paid to the observation of umbilical cord a- round neck. Results The B - US examination found 339 cases with umbilical cord around neck out of the 1248 pregnant females ; the clinical judgment after delivery showed 320 cases with umbilical cord around neck ; the occurrence of umbilical cord around neck was 27%, and the accurate diagnostic rate of B - US was 94%. Conclusions The cause of missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis in clinic can be analyzed by observing the B - US imaging features of umbilical cord around neck; B - US examination of pregnant females provides reliable bases for clinical doctors in observing the labor and in selecting delivery mode.
