摘要
将铁(Ⅲ)氧化物引入染料溶液的光化学脱色研究,在高压汞灯(313nm,250W)照射下,比较了铁(Ⅲ)氧化物(α-FeOOH、β-FeOOH和am-Fe(OH)_3)对活性艳红X-3B水溶液的脱色效果,结果满意,其中am-Fe(OH)_3;的脱色作用尤为突出,光照10min后脱色率为98%。动力学研究表明:在染料浓度低于60mg/L、pH2~4的条件下,含α-FeOOH、β-FeOOH的活性艳红染料溶液的光化学脱色为动力学零级反应;含am-Fe(OH)_3的活性艳红染料溶液的光化学脱色为动力学一级反应。讨论了不同pH值、氧化物投加量和染料初始浓度对光化学脱色的影响。
Ferric oxides (α-FeOOH, β-FeOOH and am-Fe(OH)3) were applied to photochemical decoloration of C. I. reactive red 2 solutions irradiated by a 250W high pressure mercury lamb with λ max = 313nm. Satisfactory results were gained, especially for am-Fe(OH)3 with decoloration rate of 98% after irradiation for 10 min. Under the conditions of pH 2 - 4 and initial dye concentration below 60mg/L, the photochemical decoloration of the dye solutions containing α-FeOOH or β-FeOOH was pseudo-zero order reaction, while containing am-Fe(OH)3, the reaction was in agreement with the pseudo-first order law. Effects of pH, ferric oxides dosage and initial dye concentration on photochemical decoloration of the dye solutions were studied in detail.
