摘要
从现实的情况来看,研究生教育的需求旺盛,而供给相对不足,实行收费势在必行。从公共产品理论来分析,研究生教育是私人成份较高的准公共产品,其教育成本应该得到合理的补偿。从本质上来看,研究生教育收费是一种制度的变迁,改革研究生教育收费制度需要遵循三大原则。
From the real situation, demand on graduate education being more than its supply, it＇s necessary to charge tuition fees for graduate education. From Public Goods Theory, graduate education is quasi - public goods with man）, private features, whose cost should be reasonably compensated. From the essence, tuition fees on graduate education is a kind of institution variation, the reform of graduate education tuition fees institution should obey three principles.
