摘要
从经济学视野,剖析当前高校人才培养中亟待解决的人才培养认识偏差、结构性短缺、供求矛盾等问题,有针对性地提出相应对策,促进高校正确处理好人才培养的数量与质量、资源与结构、需求与供给的三大关系,对高校健康稳定发展具有积极的现实意义。
This article, from the view of Economies, studies some problems which need badly solutions in talent - training in institutions of higher learning, such as, understanding deviation, structural shortage and contradiction between demand and supply, then, it puts forward its countermeasures. It is of realistic help for the stable development of institutions of higher learning to handle well the relationships among quantity and quality, resource and structure, supply and demand of talent - training.
