摘要
高等教育质量保障活动在我国历经30年的探索和发展,已经初步形成了以政府为主导,以评估为主要质量保障手段的高等教育质量保障体系。从高等教育质量保障的内涵出发,在阐述分析我国高等教育质量保障的制度基础、组织体系、特点等现状之基础上,对构建具有中国特色的高等教育质量保障体系进行了相关思考和对策研究。
The exploration and development of higher education quality guarantee in the past three decades has become a government - oriented quality guarantee system, whose prime measure is the quality assessment. This paper represents the meaning of quality guarantee of higher education, system foundation, guarantee scale, organization, and particularity. Finally, some related suggestions and measures are given to build the quality guarantee system of higher education with Chinese characteristics.
