摘要
为了进一步加强对当今发达国家工程造价管理的认识,深入了解国外工程造价管理的本质,为借鉴先进的工程造价管理理念、思路和方法提供依据。文章从工程造价的管理主体、计价依据、计价模式、项目管理、招投标、合同管理、投资控制等方面进行了比较分析,并对工程量清单计价模式、EPC项目管理模式等进行了重点研究,对进一步提高我国的工程造价管理水平提供启示和帮助。
In order to promote awareness on engineering cost management of the developed countries and understand the essence of foreign engineering cost management,domestic and foreign engineering cost management were compared in the aspects of management subject,pricing basis,pricing mode,project management,bidding,contract management,and investment control. The construction capacity list pricing mode and EPC project management mode were described in detail. This study offered inspiration for improving the level of domestic engineering cost management and provided the basis for drawing on advanced concepts,ideas,and methods of engineering cost management.
