摘要
在筛板塔内用软锰矿浆脱除烟气中SO2,研究各种因素对脱硫率的影响以及所设计的双塔循环吸收工艺的可行性。结果表明:该脱硫工艺能有效脱除SO2,并以MnSO4形式回收硫资源,可应用于中小型烧煤电厂烟气脱硫。
Pyrolusite sludge is used for removing SO_2 from a fume within a sieve plate tower.The effects of various factors on the desulphuration rate and the feasibility of the double tower circuit absorption designed are researched.It is shown by the results that SO_2 can be removed effectively by this process with sulphur recovered by collecting MnSO_4.The process can be adopted to remove SO_ 2 from the fumes in small and medium sized power plants of coal combustion.
