摘要
采用粉末冶金法成功制备了氧化铝基掺杂氧化镧金属陶瓷惰性阳极试样,其中氧化镧的掺杂量分别为总质量的0.5%,1%,2%,3%。分析了成型压力、烧结温度对试样结构的影响,并采用电子扫描电镜对惰性阳极试样的断口微观结构进行分析;对不同氧化镧添加量试样的抗氧化、耐腐蚀等性能进行了研究。
