摘要
设计AT89S51单片机开发板。以74HC373为核心设计ISP下载编程器;采用MAX232设计上位机与下位机间的串行通信电路,实现程序机器码在线下载到AT89S51单片机片内Flash中。为验证该系统可靠性,设计4×4矩阵键盘键号的识别与显示电路,并给出相关硬件电路和软件流程。该设计具有成本低、使用方便、可靠性高等优点。
Design of AT89S51 single-chip development board is researched.Using 74HC373 as the core,ISP download function is realized.Adopting MAX232 as the main chip,the serial communication circuit between PC and MCU is completed.Code of program can be download on line in Flash of MCU.In order to prove the relibility of this system, 4×4 matrix keyboard key values identification and display circuit is designed.System hardware circuit and the flowchart of software procedures are given.The design has merits of low-cost, convenient, reliable and etc.
