摘要
应用Physica MCR301旋转流变仪对含油聚合物流变性进行了系统研究。结果表明含油聚合物溶液与不含油聚合物溶液的表观粘度受到温度、质量浓度的影响的变化趋势近似,并且描述了含油聚合物溶液的表观粘度与含油率的关系。含油聚合物符合幂律流体的流变模式,用数学回归法对实验参数进行流变参数K、n值的回归。相比较而言,含油率比温度、质量浓度对聚合物假塑性流变特性影响大。
Rotary rheometer Physica MCR301 was applied to study on oil polymer solution systematically. Results show that effects of temperature and mass concentration on apparent viscosity of oil polymer solution and pure polymer solution are similar and show the relation curve of oil percentage on apparent viscosity of oil polymer solution. Oil polymer solution meets power law rheological model. Experiment parameters K&n are obtained through mathematical regression method. The effect of oil percentage on polymer pseudoplastic property is larger than that of temperature and mass concentration.
