摘要 设计了一种基于Internet的C/S模式的油门传感器检测网络,由监控总机通过局域网发送命令控制各分机.在Windows XP平台上利用VC++通过计算机并口控制步进电机驱动油门传感器,同时采集传感器的输出电压和标定距离并以曲线的方式显示,数据存储到Access数据库,曲线以位图的形式存储到指定文件夹.各分机可以通过Internet将检测结果以质检报告的形式传送到监控总机.该系统硬件结构简单、成本低并已成功用于工业生产. A kind of C/S (client/server) pattern examination system of accelerator sensor based on Internet was designed. In this system, the center computer controlled the branch computers by sending orders through LAN (Local Area Network). The branch computers were used to control stepper motor to drag the accelerator sensor using the computer parallel port according to the orders, and gather the voltage outputted by the sensor at the same time. The voltage data and curves were stored separately in Access database and a specified folder. The branch computers could transfer the testing result to the center computer in the form of quality testing report. This system has the merits of simple hardware structure and has been used in industrial production.
