摘要
分析了投资项目规模经济成因及我国石化工业投资项目在规模经济方面存在的问题，并提出了提高我国石化投资项目规模经济效益的对策。
The reasons for large scale production of China's petrochemical invested projects and the problems existing therein are discussed.The measures for improving large scale production benefits are proposed simultaneously.
