摘要
综述了萃取分离氨基酸的各种方法的研究进展。在此基础上，提出了氨基酸核电中性分子的萃取分离途径，并实验证明通过质子转移反应分离氨基酸荷电中性分子的可能性。
In this paper,the recent advances in the extraction of amino acids are described.Three ways for separating zwitterionic molecule of amino acids are proposed.The experimental results show that separation of zwitterionic molecule of Lphenylalanine from the aqueous solution can be achieved by using the protontransfer reaction.
