摘要
本文对国外引进的液化气用二乙醇胺(DEA)脱H2S的萃取塔进行了核算,发现原陶瓷鲍尔环空隙率小、处理量低,在高负荷下接近液泛,因而液化气质量不稳定。通过采用当量直径相同的不锈钢QH-1型扁环填料,大大提高了萃取塔的处理能力和传质效率。不仅保证了液化气的质量,而且平均处理量提高了25.6%,平均溶剂比下降27%,经济效益和社会效益显著。
A commercial LPG extraction column for desulfurization by DEA was suffered from the poor purification and limited capacity.It is shown from the calculation that the bottle neck is the ceramic Pall ring which had low voidage,low flooding velocity and low mass transfer efficiency.Therefore,the s.s.SMR was used for the revamping of the existing packed column.The operating date have demonstrated that the capacity of the new SMR packed column increased 256%,the solvent ratio decreased 27% and the quality of the products reached the export standard.
