摘要
用主成分分析的方法研究了东北森林地区一级支流地表水水质指标,从原始数据出发,提取了占总方差近60%的两个主成分,并对此做出了合理的解释:第一主成分主要是由水体中的酸度变化引起的;第二主成分主要体现了水流梯度或该地区土壤类型或深度的变化.从两主成分得分图中分析了水质特征.
The surface water parameters of first level streams monitored at forest areas of northeast China were studied with principle component analysis method (PCA). The first two principle components ( PC1, PC2), accounting for nearly 60% of the total variability, were selected and analyzed. The PC1 appeared to be explained by an acidity gradient, while PC2 mainly presentedThe water fiowpath gradient or soii type/depth change. The surface water characteristics were also summarized based on the loading plot of PC1 vs PC2.
